About the Role

Northcrest Healthcare is recruiting HCA / Support Workers for domiciliary care positions across the listed locations. You will be supporting clients in their own homes, providing high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

These roles are ideal for licensed carers who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Women are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must be drivers with access to their own vehicle and have the right to work in the UK.

HCA (Healthcare Assistant) / Support Worker – Domiciliary Care

Locations: Various locations across England (Cambridgeshire, Southampton, Rutland, Derbyshire, Nottingham, Wiltshire)
Salary: £12.82 – £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Permanent | Part-Time & Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred personal care
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with mobility, medication prompts, and daily routines
  • Support with light household tasks

Requirements
