Northcrest Healthcare is recruiting HCA / Support Workers for domiciliary care positions across the listed locations. You will be supporting clients in their own homes, providing high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

HCA (Healthcare Assistant) / Support Worker – Domiciliary Care

Locations: Various locations across England (Cambridgeshire, Southampton, Rutland, Derbyshire, Nottingham, Wiltshire)
Salary: £12.82 – £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Permanent | Part-Time & Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, medication prompts, and daily routines
• Support with light household tasks
• Encourage independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing
  
  

Requirements

• Licensed HCA / Support Worker
• Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential

Female Care Assistant (Drivers Only)

Overview:
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide personal care and companionship to clients across Cambridgeshire. Must be a driver with access to a vehicle and have the right to work in the UK.
